Online Services

	On the day	Patients can book an appointment on the day from 08.00 by calling 020 7373 6557 or by calling into the practice.
	Commuter Surgeries	Not able to see the doctor outside of working hours? For the convenience of all our patients the surgery offers extended hours on Monday evenings between 18.30 – 20.00.
	Evening & Weekend Availability	For information on evening and weekend availability at this practice, select here.
	Telephone and video Consultations	For the convenience of our patients, the surgery offers telephone and video consultations. This gives gives you flexibility in the use of your time as you will be able to choose to have a remote appointment. rather than travel in to the surgery.
	Nurse Appointments	The Practice does not have a practice nurse at the moment. However, we have Physician Associates and Clinical Pharmacists who can help with a range of services.
	Book in Advance	We reserve a few appointments for advance booking. Please phone the practice on 020 7373 6557 for more information.
	Out of Hours	If you have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the surgery is open please call 111. Alternatively please phone 020 8969 7777 (available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year).
	Online Services	Patients can book appointments up to 2 weeks in advance and from 8pm the night before using our online booking system.

	Online	You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services.
	In Person	Fill in a prescription request form or underline the items needed on the tear-off side of your prescription and drop it into the surgery.
	Post	If a stamped addressed envelope is supplied your prescription can be returned via Royal Mail. Find our postal address.
	Pharmacy	You may also arrange for a pharmacy of your choice to collect your prescription on your behalf.
